OverPower was a mid-1990s trading card game by Fleer, which, I believe, was owned by Marvel Entertainment Group. In 2014, I thought it would be fun to make some of the character cards using the actors and actresses who portrayed the appropriate characters in the movies. Here’s the second group of those cards, featuring various characters from around the Marvel universe. Remember, these cards pre-date Spider-Man’s introduction into the Marvel Cinematic Universe proper, and any of the Netflix-produced Marvel shows.
I actually had a lot of fun making the cards for the Fantastic Four, showing their powers by using simple Photoshop effects.
